A very fine offering by Smalley and Trent, and an interesting way to describe people types. If you like books such as Type Talk, or other psychological studies, then you will enjoy reading this. The use of Lions, Beavers, Otters, and Golden Retrievers certainly is more fun to remember than alphabet soup titles often used in such books.
I have read this book twice. It really helps in understanding the different personality types and the way they think and communicate. A great read for even the work environment. I highly recommend it.
